Ford Mustang
AMERICA'S FAVORITE PONY CAR
The original Ford Mustang was introduced to the public on April 17th, 1964 by Henry Ford II at the New York World's Fair. That same day, the all-new Mustang model galloped its way into Ford dealerships across America where it proved to be an instant success with over 22,000 orders immediately placed. Sales for coupes, convertibles, and the 2+2 ‘fastbacks’ far exceeded Ford’s own projections and the world’s most popular pony car has never looked back, with nary an unsuccessful iteration to speak of. Almost sixty years and exactly six model generations later, the legendary Ford Mustang is still America’s favorite Pony car, and the envy of car manufacturers all over the world.
Chevrolet Camaro
THE CHEVY CAMARO WAS BUILT TO RIVAL THE FORD MUSTANG
Built under the GM umbrella, the Chevrolet Camaro is a mid-size vehicle that was specifically created (in a rush) to compete against the hot-selling Ford Mustang. Introduced for the 1967 year, it instantly became the Mustang’s most intense rival, although it took 10 years for the Camaro to finally surpass the sales of its formidable opponent. Depending on the version, it can fall in either the pony or muscle car category, although with its wide and substantial body, big engines, and rear-wheel drive, Bowtie fans tend to classify it as the latter – especially when comparing it against the diminutive early Mustang. With 42 years and six-generations as an American icon, it’s the Pepsi to Mustang’s Coke, and choosing between them is like comparing the Rolling Stones to The Beatles. And for millions of fans, that’s what makes it the BEST.
Chevrolet Corvette
America's most iconic sports cars
Born from Harley Earl’s original design and brought to life by legitimate genius Zora Arkus-Dontuv, the Chevrolet Corvette is about as American as baseball and apple pie. A veritable “dream car” that revolutionized motoring in Western civilization as Chevrolet’s “halo car”, the Corvette evolved from a bare-bones, thrill-seeking cruiser in 1953 to a bonafide sports car by the time we were calling it a Sting Ray in 1963. By the time the torch was passed to Larry Shinoda and Bill Mitchell (albeit still under the watchful eye of Mr. Duntov), the mid-year Corvette was widely known as “America’s Sports Car”, a distinction the legend has not relented in the 70 years and eight generations it’s been in production. Success on wheels, the Corvette is deeply engrained into America’s DNA and is one of our greatest contributions to the world – a fact that still rings true today with the revolutionary C8.
Chevrolet Chevelle
One of Chevy's most successful muscle cars
One of Chevrolet’s most successful nameplates, the Chevelle has rightfully earned its tough-fought crown as the “King of all Muscle Cars”. Spanning the course of thirteen years and three generations, the Chevelle’s A-Body platform birthed coupes, sedans, wagons, and spin-offs like the El Camino and Monte Carlo. Unquestionably considered muscle-car royalty, the Chevelle is the epitome of classic American performance, and with the car’s sleek styling, dynamic range of powerful drivetrains, and famous reputation on the streets as a dominating brawler – it’s one of the hottest collector vehicles on the classic car market today.
Chevrolet Trucks
Our best selling classic trucks
The idea started simply enough: fit a car chassis with a hand-built utility bed to help carry materials around a booming Chevrolet factory. Before long, those very factories would be churning out these trucks in the millions to help build an ever-expanding American nation soaring to new heights after WWII. From the early, utilitarian Advance-Design 3000 Series trucks and its rugged Task Force disciples, to the revolutionary C/K Series pickups that transformed the market with numerous redesigns and decades of dominance, and to the modern GMT400 ‘OBS’ models that catapulted the nameplate into the future and permanently embedded Chevrolet into the bedrock of American pickup lore. The Chevrolet Bowtie is the ubiquitous symbol for ‘pickup truck’, and the vintage truck market is full of these wonderful examples for sale today.
Ford Trucks
The #1 selling truck of all time
Ford F-Series trucks are the gold standard of American pickups, outselling every other brand by large margins for decades. Innovative, tough, dependable, and easily recognized around the globe, they’ve always set the bar incredibly high while managing to improve upon every generation. From the workhorse F-1s developed after WWII, the ever-changing and always-stylish F-100s that spanned six generations, and the ‘Built Ford Tough’ F-150s that transformed pickups into personal vehicles and continue to innovate and push the envelope today – nothing compares to the Ford F-Series line. Baseball, apple pie, and Ford trucks, there’s no other make-and-model that exemplifies America better.
Jeep CJ
An American icon, born of war
From its brave beginnings as an American war hero, to its humble service as a civilian workhorse, the Jeep CJ paid its dues as a utilitarian, jack-of-all-trades with limitless, ‘go-anywhere’ and ‘do-anything’ capabilities. So, when it came time for the model to segue into the life of a pleasure craft, the buying public knew it had an extremely solid foundation on which to build. This made the Jeep CJ – a unique 4x4 vehicle with no real contemporary – an instant hit that quickly grew into legend with each iteration. The diminutive CJ-5 got the party started and showed us that a vehicle with a ‘tub’ and easily removable roof/doors is actually quite practical, the CJ-7 stretched its legs and helped us get more comfortable, while the CJ-8 proved that it could carry a big load whenever called upon.

Buyer Testimonials
Streetside Classic Cars happened to have my favorite car (1969 Dodge Coronet R/T) at a time when I just started browsing. I wasn't all that sure about purchasing a $36k car at 3000 miles away, but the sales team was very accommodating in helping me decide if I really wanted this particular car. He took many more photos than the already abundant ones on line, was willing to pick us up at the airport and find us lodging too. I decided not to fly out on his personal word that this car was indeed a #2 condition car, and I'd be more than pleased. He was right! Upon delivery, which he arranged at a great price, I was totally happy with what showed up. I took him for his word, trusted him, and he came through. I firmly believe that all parties involved had success with this transaction. I love this car and will never sell it. It feels like 1969 all over again!
I live in the UK and have been looking at importing a classic car, I found what I was looking for at Streetside Classics and were sincerely impressed with their the level of service and honesty. I liaised with Scott Remington via email through out the prospective inquiry through to the purchase and shipping. The whole process was manged professionally and all emails and correspondences were dealt with swiftly despite the time differences between the UK and US. I never viewed the car before it arrived in the UK but Scott had taken very detailed photos and video which he sent me, even highlighting any imperfection with the vehicle. I have to commend a dealer for doing this and express that the vehicle on receipt was a true reflection of the description given and how satisfied we are with our purchase.
I bought an AMC Concord DL from Streetside Classics and I was very happy with the professionalism and help that Bill Manuel and Ellen Kelly gave me throughout the process. The individual who delivered the car, was such a gentleman and a pleasure to deal with. I had the car thoroughly inspected by my mechanic and, other than a wheel alignment, he confirmed the car is in great shape. It drives like a dream and I have alot of people beeping at me giving me the thumbs up! I would definitely buy another car from Streetside Classics.
Buying my 1967 Olds at Streetside Classics was one of the best purchasing experiences I have ever had. Bob and Donna answered every question I could throw at them and because I was a first time classic car owner there were no shortage of questions. The photos of the car on the web site were really helpful in having me decide that this was the car for me, but the video was even better. The video gave me a chance to see all features of the car and also hear it running. Once I decided to purchase the car, Streetside sent me all of the paperwork and the deal was completed in one day. My car was shipped from Atlanta, Georgia to Maryland and it arrived in perfect condition. I was very skeptical of purchasing a car without seeing it first but Streetside Classics assured me that the car was as described and they could not have been more truthful. Just wanted to let you know that the car arrived in my driveway yesterday, 16th April, on our 18th Wedding Anniversary...couldn't have timed it any better if we tried. I just want you to know that the car has exceeded all expectations and that I'm extremely happy with all the trouble you went to to make this happen. I know I had a lot of questions and you put my mind at ease with your courteous professionalism. Thank you once again for everything you have done.
I could not be happier with my Mustang. It was everything the write-up described and more. Made the 250+ mile trip home enjoyable knowing I had gotten exactly what was expected. Brad and Denise went out of their way offering whatever assistance and accommodations they could which was greatly appreciated. Thanks again to Brad, Denise, James and the rest of the DFW Streetside Classics crew! Would love to do business again in the future!
I just wanted to say thanks for a great car. Boy is it an attention getter. The first car show I took it to, I took a Top 30 trophy! People here in Upstate NY are "rubber necking" to look at the "bug". I love this car!! I appreciate all the help that I have received from your staff, making this a very enjoyable buying experience. I have told several people about my experience & have praised Streetside Classics & the staff. I can't thank you enough for everything!
I recently purchased a 1995 Chevy Station Wagon (mild custom) from your dealership in Charlotte, NC. I found the car to be correctly represented and everything they said it to be. What impressed me even more than the initial sale was the willingness of the sales staff to help me after the sale. They were eager to go the extra mile! If success is based on willingness and helpfulness they should do a bang-up business in Charlotte!
