This 1972 Chevrolet C20 4x4 is a very cool representation of a factory-style truck that's also received upgrades in the right places. So you can look at the great two-tone paint, houndstooth interior, cold-blowing A/C, and a powerful small block. And while this one makes a great classic, it also never loses that feeling of getting the job done.
Orange and white make a terrific classic two-tone. The paint is an upgrade later in life and it's a professional application that looks both straight and clean. This nice finish set the right tone for the whole truck. It has received upgrades but nothing to take it away from the vintage feeling. For example, we call this a C20 even though a K20 is a 4x4. The story we're told is that this was given a restoration where a quality K20 frame and running gear were upgraded to a better cab from a barn find C20. So the C20 is the body VIN. The full-length side trim has a premium wood-like finish. It not only provides a distinct dividing line for much of the two-tone, but also it highlights the crispness of the body panels. It's all about a look that's meant to have both style and substance. The large towing mirrors are quite handy, and they have a ... Please ask for the full description.

The large towing mirrors are quite handy, and they have a nice shine to go with the chrome bumpers. The liner paint makes the handy long bed look good when you're not using it for hauling. And the polished Mickey Thompson alloys let you fit better tires while also drawing attention to the lifted stance.
Just like the exterior, the interior received nice investments to appear stock while feeling fresh. This is especially true on the vinyl bench seat with classic Chevy houndstooth cloth inserts. We like how both the two-tone colors and freshness set the tone for door panels, dash pad, carpeting, headliner, and the full interior package. This classic wants to be a comfortable modern driver, and so you have features such as a retro-style AM/FM/ stereo and cold-blowing air conditioning.
Under the hood, the smooth and dark inner fenders funnel your attention to a clean and bold motor in the middle. Like the rest of this build, you can see there was an investment here to get the engine looking fresh and stock. But this also spent time getting the details right. The 350 cubic-inch V8 inhales deeply with a four-barrel carburetor, and it exhales with a nice tune out of the dual exhaust and Flowmaster mufflers. The three-speed automatic transmission is the ideal pairing for strong and smooth operation. And when the pavement ends, the two-speed 4x4 transfer case, tall stance, Skyjacker Hydro 7000 shocks, and Cooper Discoverer STT tires are all there to keep you going strong. More than just stout, this has nice cruising features, like power steering, power brakes, front discs, and a lifted yet confident feeling on the road.
This is the classic pickup that has been given love and investment in all the right places. So it's your time to love this deal, call today!
