CLASSIC AMERICAN LUXURY, SMOOTH RUNNING 312 V8, 3-SPEED MANUAL TRANS, ELEGENT!!

The first-ever Lincoln Continental was all about bringing added style to the road, and so this one takes that feeling into the custom car realm. So look over the unique elements brought to the body, paint, and interior that take a rare classic and turn it into a true one-of-a-kind.

Priced out of reach of the common man - the price of this could buy four Fords - less than 850 club coupe examples were produced in 1948. And this was the first generation's final year. But it's likely not the history that is going to get people talking. The front end has a terrific 1950s style big chrome front end custom-crafted to blend into the body. It's the kind of style that George Barris would have done, and so the paint has that level of custom cool, too. The lower portion is black, the upper portion is gray metallic, and then there are a ton of custom details. So you have tan pinstriping separating the colors and often a custom fade around the borders. Plus, there are cool silver streaks showcasing the custom headlights, pointed hood, and tailfins. The whole presentation isn't perfect, but right now, it gives this the feeling of an authentic creation that came from the heyday of customs in the ... Please ask for the full description.

The whole presentation isn't perfect, but right now, it gives this the feeling of an authentic creation that came from the heyday of customs in the 1950s and 60s. And it really has a ton of detailed style with whitewall tires, wire wheels, rear fender skirts, dual spotlights, and a true Continental kit on the rear.

The doors have an elegant push-button for entry, and they reveal even more custom work. The seats have a hint of tuck and roll style, and there's also a button-top velour insert. So it really nails the vintage cruiser look. The door panels were even done to match. There are plenty of classic features that are still there for display, like the power windows and AM radio (they will need servicing to fully function again.) And you'll love the authentic classic style of the bright symmetrical dash and artful/grippy classic steering wheel with

Under the hood is a nice update that still keeps it in the classic Ford Family. It's a 312 cubic-inch OHV V8. There's even a nice touch of cool 1950s cruiser style with the Thunderbird ribbed valve covers. What you'll really appreciate is that this V8 is a strong runner as it inhales deeply with a four-barrel carburetor. It keeps the classic cruiser attitude going with a soft ride and column-shifted three-speed manual transmission. Plus, those more modern radial tires give you the right added confidence.

True rarity and a true one-of-a-kind style are seldom seen together, and so you know this is a fleeting opportunity. Call today!!!
