4K ACTUAL MILES, 5.7 LITER V8, AUTO TRANS, PWR STEER/BRAKES, INDY 500 PACE CAR!!

Here's your chance to own one of the most interesting survivors you are going to ever come across. This 1995 Chevrolet Corvette Indianapolis 500 Pace Car has been pampered so well, that the 4,916 on the mileage is not a typo. That means buying it today will feel quite close to factory fresh from three decades ago. And don't forget to check out the awesome paperwork and exceptional signatures.

This is the penultimate year for the C4 Corvette, and so it's already great to have such a low mileage example. But what really sets it apart is the Indy 500 Pace Car package. There were estimated to be fewer than 530 examples produced, which is barely beaten out by the final-year ZR1 for rarity. So this has been a collector car from day one - and it's great to see that the previous three owners all treated it that way. The special two-tone paint is the original factory application, and it feels like one of the most artistic pace car layouts ever. Dark Purple is already a rarity in the Corvette world for only being offered a couple of years, and the white lower section is a terrific contrast. The sporty red stripe shows off the angular nose and then zooms up the side. Once it gets over the ... Please ask for the full description.

Once it gets over the fender vent, it turns into a ribbon of color that now intertwines with white flags streaming down the car. Grand Sport style wheels, a coordained white roof, and proper pace car decals are all about keeping this looking stock, detailed, and the kind of clean you expect from a low-mileage collectible.

The reason why pace cars are often so coveted is because of the exclusive details inside and out. So while this one looks great with the top in place, you're going to want to take it down just to show off the unique interior. No other Corvette but these limited edition pace car factory replicas got special sport bucket seats with purple leather inserts and a detailed Indy 500 logo stitched into the headrest. So since these seats are so distinct, it's great to see them so well-preserved on this low-mileage example. But we also know you're going to take some time to add to the odometer because a Corvette is meant to be properly enjoyed. From the driver's seat, it truly feels like piloting a jet fighter with the digital readout on the dash, and the wide array of control buttons. The great thing about a classic from the 1990s is that you get every modern convenience you could want in this loaded 'Vette. It includes automatic A/C climate control, power seats, power windows, power locks, power steering, a tilt steering column, cruise control, and dual airbags. Even the AM/FM/cassette/CD stereo came from Bose, so you know it sounds fantastic with the top up or down.

With a car so well preserved thus far, it's great to see such a clean and stock engine bay. People will mention the things they could eat off of the intake, but we bet you won't let any sticky fingers near your baby. But more than just look great, the LT1 fuel-injected V8 moves this convertible with the kind of outright performance you'd expect from America's sports car. Chevrolet has some of the stoutest automatic transmissions around, and so the four-speed is up to handle this car's muscle. Plus, it still gives you overdrive comfort for easy grand touring. Plus, with the four-wheel disc brakes w/ABS, power steering, and a fully independent suspension, this Corvette has all the right features to be a great weekend getaway to the Corvette Museum in Bowling Green.

The sale comes complete with terrific extras like the dealer invoice, the owner's manual packet, a model collector car, and car covers. Plus, you really need to check out the original window sticker. It's signed by Corvette heavy hitters Dave McLellan, Gordon Killebrew, and Zora Arkus-Duntov. So this pace car is not only unique but it's blessed by Corvette royalty! That's why buying this preserved Corvette feels like joining a legacy. Are you ready to write its next chapter?
